MILTOS KAROUBAS

Chef Miltos Karoumbas was born and raised in Kalamaki, Greece.

The art of cooking fascinated him from the very beginning creating a love relationship that lasts unbound until today.

A special place in his journey of tastes have chefs Vangelis Kyriazis, Michalis Anastasakis, Christos and Stavros Hapsas, Nikos Chimonitis and his brother Manolis Karoubas, who brought him to the world of cooking.

Thanks to his great passion for Greek gastronomy, its spread throughout the world is one of his priorities.
